Wheatberry Bakery offers baking classes from their Morris Park Baking Studio, led by experienced artisan bakers trained in top-tier bakeries. Learn to bake quality pastries from the comfort of your own home with a focus on creating exquisite croissants and Pain au Chocolat. Join us as we share our passion for the art of baking and help you hone your skills in the kitchen. Start your culinary journey with Wheatberry Bakery today and elevate your baking game with our expert guidance and support. Our classes take place every Sunday from 10am for 5 hours. During the class you will learn how to mix, laminate, shape, prove and bake croissant and pain au chocolat dough. Alongside a lunch break provided by us you will leave with the following: - An enriched dough made by you and unbaked croissants and pains au chocolat shaped by you to freeze or bake at home - Freshly baked croissants and pains au chocolat (baked by you during the class) - A Baking Studio tote bag - Wheatberry Bakery croissant blend flour to use at home Wheatberry Bakery is committed to inclusivity, offering a “pay what you can” spot in each class to support marginalised groups, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of colour, and those with disabilities. Cancellation Policy

For a complete breakdown of our policies, please view our Baking Studio terms and conditions. 1. Booking and Payment 1.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class. 1.2. Bookings are non-refundable, except as outlined in the cancellation policy below. 1.3. Payments can be made online during booking. 1.4. Gift vouchers can be used for bookings; however, they are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling 2.1. If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 21 days before the class date to receive a full refund. 2.2. Cancellations made between 14-21 days before the class date are eligible for a 50% refund. 2.3. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the class date are non-refundable. 2.4. Rescheduling is allowed once per booking if requested at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of £10 may apply for changes made less than 14 days in advance. 2.5. If you miss a class due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please notify us immediately. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the Baking Studio and may incur an additional fee. 2.6. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of cancellation approval. 3. Class Attendance 3.1. Classes start promptly at the scheduled time; late arrivals may not be accommodated. 3.2. If you are late, we will do our best to catch you up where possible, but no refund or credit will be issued for missed portions of the class. 3.3. All minors under the age of 10 are not permitted to attend, unless the class is specifically designed for children. 3.4. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. 3.5. Class durations are approximate, and participants are expected to exercise some flexibility regarding end times.
