Join us as we share our passion for the art of baking and help you hone your skills in the kitchen. Start your culinary journey with Wheatberry Bakery today and elevate your baking game with our expert guidance and support. Our classes take place every Sunday from 10am for 5 hours. During the class you will learn how to mix, laminate, shape, prove and bake croissant and pain au chocolat dough. Alongside a lunch break provided by us you will leave with the following: - An enriched dough made by you and unbaked croissants and pains au chocolat shaped by you to freeze or bake at home - Freshly baked croissants and pains au chocolat (baked by you during the class) - A Baking Studio tote bag - Wheatberry Bakery croissant blend flour to use at home Wheatberry Bakery is committed to inclusivity, offering a “pay what you can” spot in each class to support marginalised groups, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of colour, and those with disabilities.
