Baking should be for everyone, regardless of circumstances. That’s why we offer a Pay What You Can seat in selected Baking Studio classes. Each workshop includes one spot reserved for minorities who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend. No financial proof is required - just a simple, confidential application.

Our ingredients matter. We prioritise working with local producers and ethical suppliers to ensure the highest quality in our end products while making efforts to support sustainable food systems. Where possible, we use locally milled flour, responsibly sourced chocolate, and seasonal ingredients.

From reducing food waste to making thoughtful choices in packaging, we are always looking for ways to lessen our environmental impact. Where possible, we use recyclable and compostable packaging, and we donate surplus baked goods to a church in Springburn who manage a local food bank.
